Plan the measures together
A building assessment can consider energy consumption, heating and cooling needs, controls and renewable electricity alongside scheduled asset replacement. Coordinating those decisions helps avoid treating each measure as an isolated purchase.
Following installation, commissioning and monitoring are needed to establish how the building actually performs. A photograph can show equipment, but it cannot demonstrate the resulting savings.
