David brings a mechanical engineering background and experience in energy management, demand-side solutions and renewable energy to the challenges facing Atlantic Canada.
His work includes more than 11 years at EfficiencyOne, where he led Energy Management Services, alongside involvement in Nova Scotia’s solar sector.
Through PB Energy, he provides project development and consulting support, helping organisations shape concepts, connect partners, build funding cases and navigate energy policy and regulatory requirements.
